“Q1: What is the main function of perforated PE bags?
A: The micro holes enable air circulation inside the package. It avoids condensation and sweating inside sealed bags, which is the primary cause of rust on steel and iron parts during sea transit and warehouse storage.
Q2: Will the perforations allow moisture to penetrate from outside?
A: The micro holes are designed for slow air exchange. It cannot fully block extreme humid environment. For long term outdoor storage, we recommend combining VCI anti-rust treatment or outer carton moisture barrier protection.
Q3: Can I order perforated bags with custom printed logos?
A: Yes, gravure printing is available. We will arrange digital draft confirmation before plate making. Vector artwork files are required.
Q4: What thickness should I choose for sharp metal stamped auto parts?
A: We recommend minimum 80μm. For parts with sharp burrs, thickness ≥120μm is suggested to prevent tearing during packing and transport.
Q5: Can samples be supplied for ventilation & rust resistance testing?
