Our anti-static heat shrink PE film is manufactured from modified polyethylene blended with permanent anti-static masterbatch. Shrinkage only occurs under high temperature heating (150℃~220℃), triggered by thermal energy rather than mechanical force. After heating, the film tightly fits grouped goods and forms a sealed protective layer. It effectively suppresses static charge accumulation to avoid electrostatic damage to sensitive electronic components. Compared with brittle PVC shrink film, PE material delivers superior flexibility, impact resistance and tear resistance, with light transmittance up to 80%. Designed for industrial collective transport packaging of electronic products. All roll width, thickness and printing options can be customized to match thermal shrink equipment.

A: No. Shrinkage only activates under continuous heating between 150℃~220℃ via thermal effect. It will not contract at room temperature.

A: Standard surface resistance covers 10⁸ ~ 10¹¹ Ω. We can adjust formulation to meet your ESD specification.
Q3: Is the anti-static effect permanent?
A: We adopt internal mixed anti-static masterbatch, providing long-lasting static dissipation performance, unlike surface coating type which easily fails after wiping.
