Our food-grade co-extruded PE film is manufactured via advanced multi-layer one-step co-extrusion technology with certified food-contact raw materials. This is flat non-shrink film without thermal contraction property. Different functional resin layers are compounded integrally to overcome performance limitations of single-layer PE film. It achieves balanced barrier performance, heat sealability and toughness, perfectly matching vertical & horizontal automatic form-fill-seal packaging machines for food products. The film features excellent flexibility, tear resistance and high clarity. Strictly comply with international food contact regulations for direct food contact applications. All roll width, thickness and printing options can be customized.

“Q1: Does co-extruded film have heat shrink function?
A: No. It is flat form-fill-seal film without shrinkage characteristic. Heat is only used to form sealed seams during automatic packing.
Q2: What food safety documents can you provide?
A: We can supply food contact migration test reports complying with relevant EU & US standards upon request.
Q3: What is the difference between co-extruded film and ordinary single layer PE film?
A: Multi-layer co-extrusion integrates different functional materials, delivering better barrier performance and balanced mechanical properties which single-layer PE cannot achieve simultaneously.
Q4: Can this film be used for vacuum packaging?
A: Standard version fits light vacuum packing. For high barrier deep vacuum applications, please inform us to adjust layer structure.
Q5: Can test rolls be provided for machine trial?
